Robin DeLauter

Robin and her husband Jonathan co-founded Peony & Rye as their passion project, with a goal to bring fresh local blooms to florists and the community each year. As their peony plants grow, so does their experience. They are looking forward to expanding in 2026 as the first peonies planted are now mature. (Peonies take 3-4 years to reach maturity and produce their best blooms!) Look for Peony & Rye at farmers' markets this June as they bring fresh peony bouquets to their local community.

In her day job, Robin is the Global Sourcing Lead for Tree Nuts across Mars and KIND Snacks. After a first career in international programming, Robin pursued an MBA in supply chain and made a career switch to the food industry. Now with sourcing experience in many food ingredient areas, she is focused on building a resilient supply chain for almonds for KIND bars, and is leading the team, suppliers, and the industry on sustinable growing initaitves in almonds. And yes, there's always a KIND bar in her bag!
