I’m Kristina Stiles—Executive Advisor, Behavioral Strategist, and CEO of Trailblazing Culture. After 20 years in military intelligence—17 as a leader, 10 as a senior leader—I now work with growth-stage teams and executive leaders to build high-performance cultures that win.
