Industry

Ashleigh Briggs-Davis is the founder and owner of Briggs Solutions for Business LLC, a HighLevel and HubSpot Partner Agency serving Professional Services firms, independent healthcare practices, and trades businesses throughout Maine. She also owns and operates Rize CoWorking & Collaboration Space in downtown Bangor, which serves as both a professional workspace and her home.

Ashleigh recently joined First National Bank as a Commercial Lender, bringing her deep understanding of Maine's business community to the banking sector. She teaches entrepreneurship at KVCC and has served as a fractional COO for creative agencies. Her work bridges operations strategy, technology implementation, and community development—focused on helping early-stage and established businesses build sustainable foundations.

Ashleigh is deeply embedded in the Bangor region through BNI, the Chamber of Commerce, and various nonprofit boards. She's married to Jordan Davis, has a mini goldendoodle named Franklin, a cat named Baer and approaches business and life through both strategic rigor and personal reflection.

About your business

Demographics & Business Profile

  • Has 2-15 employees, $500K-$2M+ revenue
  • Is owner-operated or closely led by the founder

Characteristics

  • Smart, hardworking, and ambitious—but drowning in operations
  • Wearing multiple hats (sales, delivery, admin, financial management)
  • Knows they need better systems but doesn't know where to start
  • Has invested in tools (maybe scattered CRM attempts) but they're not integrated or optimized
  • Values relationships and community over scale for scale's sake

Pain Points

  • Client management is chaotic (scattered across email, spreadsheets, sticky notes)
  • Can't see real business metrics or pipeline visibility
  • Losing leads or forgetting follow-ups because there's no system
  • Spending nights/weekends on admin work that should be automated
  • Wants to grow intentionally without losing the culture that made them successful

Mindset

  • Willing to invest in their business's future
  • Values a strategic partner, not just a vendor
  • Wants someone who understands their industry and their community
  • Ready to implement systems but needs guidance and accountability
